Yesterday I drove to Djursland, the peninsula north east of Aarhus. I found a nice shelter with fireplace and parking in the surroundings where I decided to setup camp, but first I took the bicycle to check out the old port town Ebeltoft.
Today I made another bike ride, this time in northern direction, to Østerbrogade and back. I passed a safari park where they use Land Rovers to drive their visitors between zebras, giraffes and other African animals. Further I checked out a church and an old chalk oven along the way. At the end of the day I cycled about 60 kilometres, and a relaxing evening at the camp fire was well deserved.
